Delivery Area: We only deliver within Japan. (If you would like to ship overseas, please contact us in advance.)
-For some remote islands and areas, delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping fee: Free shipping for orders totaling 50,000 yen or more.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote islands and some areas.

Once your order is confirmed, we will usually ship it within 5 business days.
・You can specify the desired delivery date and time. (Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the region and transportation conditions.)

Regarding packaging: Products are packaged with great care to prevent damage.
・In consideration of the environment, we may deliver products in simple packaging.

Other notes: Delivery may not be possible on schedule due to weather, traffic conditions, or delivery company congestion.
・If you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice" to let you know. Please be sure to request redelivery within the specified time limit.
-If you are unable to receive the product due to a long absence, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping fee.

Returns and exchanges

 : If the delivered product is damaged, soiled or defective, or if the delivered product is different from the product you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges.

・As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those mentioned above (such as the product being different from the image or the size not fitting, etc.).

 Conditions for returns and exchanges

 : Please contact us via email or the inquiry form within 〇 days of receiving the product.
・We only accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened products.
When returning the product, please include the delivery note and all other items included.

 Return/exchange shipping costs , defective products, or incorrect deliveries: We will cover the shipping costs.
- In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons: The customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and fees.

 Regarding refunds : After receiving the returned product, we will refund you within XX days via your designated account or payment method.
・If you paid by credit card, the refund period will vary depending on the card company's regulations.

 Please note: Due to the nature of some products, such as one-of-a-kind items and custom-made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If the product is in a significantly damaged condition, we may refuse to accept the return.
